Learners4U is a downloadable computer/mobile application that you can get via the Internet, or on a CD. You can also copy this application via a USB from a colleague or a friend. The entire Learner’s Licence theory training is now available, for the first time in Namibia, on a simple to install and easy to use comprehensive computer based learning environment.
